A hinge device and a storage case having the same are provided to easily adjust the rotary power of a hinge axis as occasion demands by moving a spring support member in the axial direction, rotating a screw axis. A hinge device includes a housing(31), a first hinge axis(40), a second hinge axis(50), a first moving cam(60), a second moving cam(70), a first compression spring(44), a second compression spring(54), a first spring support member(45), a second support member(55), and a compression controller(80). The first hinge axis is installed at one side of the housing, having a first rotating cam(41). The second hinge axis is rotatably installed at the other side of the housing, having a second rotating cam(51). The first and the second moving cams are installed at both inner sides of the housing, and press the first and the second rotating cams to induce the rotation of the first and the second hinge axes. The first and the second compression springs are installed in the housing, and compress the first and the second moving cams toward the first and the second rotating cams. The first and the second spring support members support one ends of the first and the second compression springs, respectively.
