The present invention relates to a push-preventing device mounted on a cutter. The purpose of the present invention is to attach a push-preventing device on a fixing blade and fix the same such that an object to be cut is not pushed out of the fixing blade when an object to be cut such as herbal medicinal materials, bar rice cake, or the like, which are put on the fixing blade mounted on a holder, is cut by a rotary blade rotating in a vertical direction.
