Provided is an adjustable photographing auxiliary device applied to knee joint X-ray irradiation, wherein a bottom base is provided with an elevation platform, and a placing frame is pivotally connected to an upper pivoting portion of the elevation platform. The placing frame can be pivotally swung in the longitudinal direction with respect to the upper pivoting portion, and is fixed after being pivotally swung to an angle. Furthermore, a positioning frame is arranged on two opposite sides of the top of the placing frame, so as to allow the patient to place his/her two feet on the placing frame and restrain the two feet in the positioning frame, thereby adjusting the angle along which the two feet hang down according to the thickness of the femur and the angle of the patella of the patient. Accordingly, the device can be folded to facilitate storage, so as to solve the problem of the prior photographing auxiliary stand in which the photographing angle is inaccurate and the storage is not easy.一種應用於膝關節X光照射之可調式攝影輔助裝置，係一底座設有一升降台，且一置放架樞接於升降台之上樞接部，而置放架可相對上樞接部呈縱向樞擺，且可在樞擺至一角度後固定，且有一定位架設在置放架頂部的相對兩側，讓病患能將雙腳放在置放架上，且被限制在定位架中，而可依據病患的股骨厚度與其臏骨的角度，而調整雙腳垂放的角度，且能收折而便於收納，以解決習知攝影輔助架所產生攝影角度不準確，以及不易收納的問題。
