A walking assistance apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a foothold supporting feet； a leg link rotating in a pitch direction with respect to the foothold by walking； a first elastic member provided between one side of the foothold and one side of the leg link； and a second elastic member provided between one side of the foothold and one side of the leg link. When an angle of the leg link reaches a first pitch angle as the walking progresses, the walking assistance energy storage is started in the first elastic member. When an angle of the leg link reaches a second pitch angle greater than the first pitch angle, the walking assistance energy storage is started in the second elastic member.본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 보행보조 장치는 발을 지지하는 발판, 보행에 따라 상기 발판에 대하여 피치(pitch) 방향으로 회전하는 다리 링크, 상기 발판의 일 측과 상기 다리 링크의 일 측 사이에 마련된 제1 탄성부재 및 상기 발판의 일 측과 상기 다리 링크의 일 측 사이에 마련된 제2 탄성부재를 포함하되, 보행의 진행에 따라 상기 다리 링크의 각도가 제1 피치각에 도달한 경우, 상기 제1 탄성부재에 보행보조 에너지 저장이 시작되고, 상기 제1 피치각 보다 큰 제2 피치각에 도달한 경우, 상기 제2 탄성부재에 보행보조 에너지 저장이 시작될 수 있다.
