The present invention relates to a mushroom coating composition including lactobacillus as an effective ingredient and a processed mushrooms product having the same applied thereon. According to the present invention, the composition includes various lactobacillus which are helpful for digestion and adsorption of food or nutrients, and also includes sugars such that the lactobacillus is easily applied on the surface of mushrooms to prevent decomposition of the mushrooms, so preservation is improved and digestion-absorption of the mushrooms are effectively enhanced.
