The inventions relate to equipment for performing cosmetic procedures, and can be used for applying decorative tattoos and permanent makeup to the human body. A tattoo machine contains a guide bushing mounted inside a curved housing coaxially with the seat of an ink module. A driving member in the form of a rotor is mounted inside the housing with one degree of freedom. The axis of the guide bushing is situated at an angle of from 3 to 25° to the axis of the rotor. A pusher comprises a guide element which forms a kinematic pair with a guide slot of the rotor, having five degrees of freedom. The outer end of the pusher enters the guide bushing, forming a kinematic pair therewith which has four degrees of freedom. A supporting hinge and the guide slot are mounted for conjoint rotation with the rotor relative to the housing. Contact between the guide element of the pusher and the guide slot of the rotor allows the rotational component of the movement of the pusher to be coordinated with the rotation of the rotor. A self-adjusting shaft bearing of an electric motor of the machine comprises a bushing provided with a groove and bevels on the outer surface, an elastic ring, and at least two roller bearings mounted in the bushing, the elastic ring being mounted in the groove such as to be capable of preventing arbitrary rotation of the self-adjusting bearing relative to the housing of the tattoo machine.
