PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition and cosmetics for body washing, which give little slimy feeling when rinsing with water and exhibit good rinsability.SOLUTION: The composition contains a copolymer of a (meth)acrylic acid and a (meth)acrylic acid ester represented by formula (b), a biodegradable abrasive, and a nonionic surfactant having a polyoxypropylene group. The composition reduces slimy feeling in washing and improves rinsability.
