The present invention relates to a method for automatizing culling for preventing the spread of infectious diseases. More specifically, an animal infected by an infectious disease or the carcass of a slaughtered animal are accurately quantified, and calcium oxide is added so that the same is sterilized in order to be heated through high pressure steam, pulverized, compressed, and processed into a cake. By means of the method of the present invention, an animal infected by an infectious disease or the carcass of a slaughtered animal can be accurately quantified and culled through an automatized method. Moreover, viruses or bacteria which are the cause of infectious diseases are completely killed. At the same time, the time and effort taken to perform culling can be reduced. Furthermore, in the present invention, all procedures are completed at the place of occurrence, so that the spread of infectious diseases can be prevented and the cake can be secondarily recycled.
