The orchid cultivation device comprises a flowerpot support unit supporting the orchid flowerpot against the water reservoir a soil accommodation unit having a soil accommodation side wall part having a conical shape and having multiple connection holes, and a soil accommodation bottom part having a wick through-hole and combined to the soil accommodation side wall part so as to cover the lower opening of the soil accommodation side wall part, and installed to be erected on the bottom of the orchid flowerpot so that the wick through-hole is connected to the drain hole, and the soil accommodation bottom part covers the drain hole and a water and air supply unit having a tubular air supply pipe with a closed upper end and multiple air holes, and a water supply wick transformable to a tubular shape, formed with a water permeable and air permeable material, and combined to the air supply pipe so that the inner surface of the upper region comes in contact with the outer surface of the air supply pipe, and installed to insert the upper region of the air supply pipe into the soil accommodation unit, and to dip the lower region of the water supply wick in the water reservoir.
