PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an action amount calculation system capable of calculating an action factor indicating an action amount.SOLUTION: An action amount calculation system includes a measurement apparatus, a server 80, and a portable apparatus 1. The measurement apparatus comprises: a measurement unit for measuring a calculation factor used for calculating an action factor indicating an action amount and a first communication unit for transmitting the calculation factor measured by the measurement unit to the server 80. The server 80 comprises a second communication unit which receives the calculation factor transmitted from the first communication unit in the measurement apparatus and transmits the received calculation factor to the portable apparatus.
