A fruit and vegetable storing case having an open structure having an anion generator and an ultraviolet ray generating device mounted thereon is provided to prevent vegetables and fruits from being placed in a sealed space for a long time. External power is input to a power portion and the power is supplied to an ultraviolet ray generating device and an anion generation device. The generated ultraviolet ray is irradiated to fruits and vegetables placed on a container(10) through a dome cover(11). The generated anions are emitted to the fruits and vegetables through an anion discharge hole(12). The anion generator, the ultraviolet ray generating device and a main PCB are disposed on a support plate.
