PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens insertion instrument capable of storing an intraocular lens with a simple structure.SOLUTION: An intraocular lens insertion instrument inserts an intraocular lens having a disc-shaped optical part into a patients eye, and comprises a storage part for storing the intraocular lens. The storage part comprises a pair of optical part holding parts separated at a distance shorter than the diameter of the optical part.
