PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens insertion system capable of suitably performing insertion of an intraocular lens without using a viscoelastic substance in the eye.SOLUTION: An intraocular lens insertion system includes: an intraocular lens insertion instrument which moves by using prescribed power, an intraocular lens having an optical part with a prescribed refractive power, and a support part for positioning the optical part in the eye, and inserts the intraocular lens into the eye; an irrigation solution injection instrument which injects an irrigation solution into the eye; a power supply source which supplies prescribed power to the intraocular lens insertion instrument; and an irrigation solution supply source which supplies an irrigation solution to the irrigation solution injection instrument.
