PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extracting components from an oyster flesh essence concentrate, capable of efficiently extracting adenosine from an oyster flesh essence concentrate, and capable of richly extracting not only adenosine but also selenium, in view of the fact that it becomes clear that selenium as the main component of oyster essence shows an action almost the same as that of the adenosine.SOLUTION: This method for extracting components from an oyster flesh essence concentrate comprises pouring an oyster flesh essence concentrate into an extraction container in which ion exchange resin is filled so as to let the filled ion exchange resin absorb components of the oyster flesh essence concentrate, pouring an ethanol solution into the extraction container to feed into the extraction container, and eluting the oyster flesh essence concentrate components absorbed in the ion exchange resin into the ethanol solution so as to extract.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】カキ肉エキスの濃縮液から効率よくアデノシンを取り出すことが出来、しかも、カキ肉エキスの主要な成分であるセレンについても、前記のアデノシンとほぼ同様の挙動を示すことも明らかになり、もって、アデノシンのみならずセレンについても豊富に取り出すことができるカキ肉エキス濃縮液からの成分取り出し方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、イオン交換樹脂を充填した抽出容器内に、カキ肉エキス濃縮液を注入し、充填してあるイオン交換樹脂にカキ肉エキス濃縮液の成分を吸着させ、次いで、エタノール溶液を抽出容器内に注入して、抽出容器内を通液させ、イオン交換樹脂に吸着されたカキ肉エキス濃縮液の成分をエタノール溶液に溶出させて取り出す、ことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
