PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose the manufacturing method of carbon dioxide-nano bubble water, and to clarify the mechanism of carbon dioxide-nano bubble water currently clarified, its physical chemistry properties and function.SOLUTION: Shock wave accompanying underwater discharge with a voltage of 2,000-3,000V, and physical stimulation like compression, expansion and vortex flow are applied to carbon dioxide microbubbles of particle sizes of 10-50 &mum to forcibly shrink the microbubbles, to thereby obtain carbon dioxide-nano bubble water containing carbon dioxide-nano bubbles of particle sizes of 100 nm or less, which are stable over a long period of time.
