PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easier use of microbubbles, to solve a problem that conventionally an oxygen gas cylinder, a nitrogen gas cylinder, and a carbon dioxide gas cylinder are required, thereby occupying a space, and to allow use of purchased dry ice when carbon dioxide microbubbles are used in the home.SOLUTION: A means for controlling evaporation of a solid or liquid at a gas pressure near atmospheric pressure is installed, whereby a microbubble generator using suction by an existing vortex pump can be used.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 より手軽に微小泡を利用する。従来、酸素ボンベ、窒素ボンベ、二酸化炭素ボンベを必要として場所をとる問題を解消する。また、家庭で二酸化炭素微小泡を利用するときに、ドライアイスを購入すればよい、としたい。【解決手段】大気圧にちかいガス圧で固体または液体の気化を制御する手段を兼備させた。このことによって、既存の渦流ポンプ吸引を用いた微小泡発生器を利用できるようになった。【選択図】 図1
