The present invention relates to a lure having a bubble generating function including a bubble generating unit inducing a feeding instinct of fish by generating microbubbles at the lure from friction with water during reeling following casting into the water such that hooking efficiency can be maximized by a simple, not complex, structure and based on the induction of the feeding instinct of the fish resulting from the generation of the microbubbles from the lure during the reeling following the lure casting.
