The present invention relates to a microneedle producing apparatus which includes: an upper board stage； a lower board stage horizontally arranged next to the upper board stage； a rotation device rotatably moving the upper board stage to an upper part of the lower board stage； and a first cylindrical-type actuator vertically moving the lower board stage while the upper board stage is rotatably moved to the upper part of the lower board stage by the rotation device.
