PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image photographing apparatus for precisely setting an amplification factor in accordance with a radiated radiation dosage while enlargement of the apparatus is suppressed, and to provide a radiation image photographing program and a radiation image photographing method.SOLUTION: When a radiation ray is radiated, a control section 106 decides the amplification factor of an amplifier circuit 50 in a signal detection circuit 105 based on an electric signal outputted from a radiation detection pixel 20B in a charge accumulation period of a charge generated in accordance with the radiation ray, and the decided amplification factor is set for the amplifier circuit 50. Thus, the amplification factor of the amplifier circuit 50 is controlled.
