PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging apparatus which can correctly prevent such offset as to generate image unevenness and stripe-shaped patterns from being overlapped in image data even when imaging is performed by switching a power mode from a sleep mode to an imageable mode.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging apparatus 1 comprises a readout IC 16 which has a plurality of read circuits 17 respectively connected to respective signal lines 6, a power supply circuit 51 which supplies power to the readout IC 16, and a discharge circuit 60 which is provided on a path 50 supplying power from the power supply circuit 51 to the readout IC 16 and can connect the path 50 and a GND.
