PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing soybean-processed product in which production lines can be intensified, by which cost reduction, space saving and improvement of sanitary management can be achieved, and development of a new product can be accelerated, and which can produce various processed products.SOLUTION: A method for producing soybean-processed product comprises: a separation process P1 of separating a coagulum component 2 by coagulation treatment (coagulation treatment process P0) of soybean milk 1 and a water-soluble component 3; a mixing process P2 of mixing the separated coagulum component 2 and the water-soluble component 3 to obtain a mixture 4; and a post-treatment process P3 of subjecting the mixture 4 to post-treatment to obtain a target product 5.
