PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out a substance having a growth performance improvement action for feeding period young-age pigs, and to provide a growth performance improvement agent for feeding period young-age pigs comprising the substance as an active ingredient, and an assorted feed for feeding period young-age pigs containing the substance.SOLUTION: There are provided a growth performance improvement agent for feeding period young-age pigs containing, as an active ingredient, a fish protein treated with a protein splitting enzyme, and an assorted feed for feeding period young-age pigs comprising the fish protein treated with the protein splitting enzyme.
