NOVEL NANOMATERIALS FROM VEGETABLE PROTEINS, MORINGA OLEIFERA SEED CAKE AND THEIR APPLICATION AS AN INGREDIENT IN THERAPEITIOC, PHARMACEUTICAL AND COSMETIC PRODUCTS
The present invention concerns the separation and isolation of different raacromolecules from moringa oleifera seed cake and the preparation of nanoparticles of the protein products.. The invention also describes the character of different proteins isolated by series of techniques. The moringa oleifera seed cake contains one or more proteins, which, are water-soluble protein and peptides with different molecular weight and properties. Most importantly, the invention also x describes the contribution of the different macromolecules of the moringa oleifera seed cake to the field of food, nanotechnology, therapeutics, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical and cosmetics aspects.
