The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cushion tailored to a patient- that can be used on a chair or wheelchair. Specifically, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cushion, which can prevent pressure sores from occurring in a seated position even if a patient is sitting for a long time by providing a cushion tailored to the patient, comprising the steps of: molding a patient's seated body shape where the patient is in a sitting state on a chair or a wheelchair； three-dimensionally scanning the modeled seated body shape； and manufacturing a cushion having a curved shape corresponding to the seated body shape on the basis of the scanned seated body shape.La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un coussin adapté à un patient, lequel coussin peut être utilisé sur une chaise ou un fauteuil roulant. Plus précisément, la présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un coussin, qui peut empêcher l'apparition d'escarres de décubitus dans une position assise même si un patient est assis pendant longtemps, grâce à un coussin adapté au patient, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant : à mouler une forme de corps assis d'un patient où le patient est assis sur une chaise ou un fauteuil roulant ； à réaliser un balayage tridimensionnel de la forme de corps assis modélisée ； et à fabriquer un coussin ayant une forme incurvée correspondant à la forme de corps assis sur la base de la forme de corps assis balayée.본 발명은 의자 또는 휠체어에 사용될 수 있는 환자 맞춤형 쿠션을 제작하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 본 발명은 상기 의자 또는 휠체어에 환자를 착석시킨 상태에서, 상기 환자의 착석 체형을 본뜨는 단계, 상기 본뜬 착석 체형을 3차원 스캐닝하는 단계, 및 상기 스캐닝한 착석 체형 형상에 기초하여, 상기 착석 체형에 대응되는 굴곡진 형상을 가지는 쿠션을 제작하는 단계,를 포함하여 환자에게 맞추어진 쿠션을 제공함으로서 오랜 시간 착석하더라도 착석 부위에 욕창이 발생하지 않도록 할 수 있는 쿠션을 제작하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
