Each elbow frame is extended from a rear side of one side support towards a front side in a gradually downward inclination. The toggle unit can be operated from an unfolding state to a folded state. When the seat unit is installed between the side supports, the toggle unit is in an unfolded state and cannot be folded, and when the seat unit is detached from the side supports, the toggle unit can be folded.
