The present invention relates to an elbow protection band comprising a moisture detection sensor. In particular, the elbow protection band is provided in a simple wearing structure to provide the user convenience restricts a bending angle of an arm to prevent the hand from reaching the face area of a patient, thereby preventing the patient from touching a treatment tube inserted in the nose or neck of the patient while unconscious and detects moisture such as perspiration formed inside the protection band when worn, thereby resolving adverse side effects associated with long-term wear.
