The invention relates to a clutch disc (1) for a friction clutch for use in a drive train of a motor vehicle, having a main part (2), which is designed to transmit torque to a shaft (3) and to carry friction linings (4, 5), wherein a friction lining (4, 5) is attached to each of the two end faces (6, 7) of the main part (2), wherein the two friction linings (4, 5) differ from one another structurally, wherein a first friction lining (4) is provided with a steel back (8) facing the main part (2), said steel back (8) not being present on a second friction lining (5) which is attached to the end face, facing away from the first friction lining (4), of the main part (2). The invention also relates to a dual clutch (9) in which a clutch disc (1) of the type according to the invention is used.
