PURPOSE: Strings for drying agricultural products such as dried persimmons comprising several units consisting of a fixing part for sticks of agricultural products and a receiving part for sticks of agricultural products are provided. Therefore, it enables agricultural products such as dried persimmons to be dried stably from external impacts or winds while maintaining the cleaning state and original state of dried products after drying. CONSTITUTION: The drying strings(200) comprise a plate-shaped stick fixing part(20); and a receiving part formed at the lower end part of a fixing hole(22) for sticks of agricultural products. The plate-shaped stick fixing part contains: an insertion hole(21) for the sticks of agricultural products thereinto; and the fixing hole for the sticks of agricultural products. The receiving part is formed with a thickness thicker than the fixing part and comprises a quadrangular projection part(30) formed at the end of the fixing hole and a circular or semicircular extension part(31)
