During the compaction of a single row of seeds, an end, away from the fixing shaft (2), of each of two compacting branch arms (3) is fixedly connected to the hook plate (14), and the hook plate (14) is connected to the hook rack (9) by means of the tension spring (11), which is in an extending and retracting state; the two compacting branch arms (3) are both located between the two first spacer sleeves (6); and two first compacting wheels (12) are located between two second spacer sleeves (16). During the compaction of two rows of seeds, the two first spacer sleeves (6) are both located between the two compacting branch arms (3); the two second spacer sleeves (16) are both located between the two first compacting wheels (12); a second compacting wheel (23) is arranged on a side, close to the copying frame (1), of the end, away from the fixing shaft (2), of the compacting branch arm (3); and the two compacting branch arms (3) are respectively connected to the hook rack (9) by means of the tension spring (11), which is in an extending and retracting state.
