The present disclosure relates to a class of engineered polypeptides having a binding affinity for Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2), and provides a HER2 binding polypeptide comprising the sequence LAX3AKX6TAX9Y HLX13X14X15GVSDX20 YKX23LIDKX28KT VEGVX35ALYX39X40 ILX43ALP. The present disclosure also relates to said HER2 binding polypeptide also having an affinity for albumin.
