Therefore, even if the suction holes 3c and the support member 3a4 overlap each other and the support member 3a4 comes into contact with the inner hole 3c2 of the suction hole 3c, the inner hole 3c2 is not closed by the support member 3a4. That is, no matter where the suction hole 3c is drilled in the suction plate 3b, the negative pressure from the suction device is applied to the suction hole 3c, and the seed S can be sucked into the suction hole 3c. As a result, when replacing the suction plate 3b, it is not necessary to consider the positional relationship between the suction hole 3c and the support member 3a4, so that the workability when replacing the suction plate 3b can be improved and the suction plate 3b can be replaced.
