PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for sealing a puncture hole in a bodily organ which has an external member compressible in the radial direction.SOLUTION: The device for sealing a puncture hole in a bodily organ 1 comprises an elongated retaining member 13, an inner member adapted for positioning against an inner surface of the bodily organ, and an outer member 10 adapted for positioning against a corresponding outer surface of the bodily organ. The inner member is arranged at a distal end of the elongated retaining member. The outer member is movable along the elongated retaining member, characterized in that the outer member has a structure, having a minimum radial extension when in a first state, thereby enabling, after having been deployed inside the bodily organ through the puncture hole, retraction of the outer member out of the puncture hole, and, when in a second state, the outer member is arranged to be engaged in a locking part with the elongated retaining member such that the outer member can be moved distally along the elongated retaining member and fixed in a locked position at the outer surface of the bodily organ to thereby enable sealing of the puncture hole by at least one of the inner member and the outer member.【課題】外側部材が径方向に圧縮可能な臓器内穿刺孔封止装置を提供する。【解決手段】臓器1内の穿刺孔を封止する装置であって、細長保持部材13と、臓器の内面に位置するように構成される内側部材と、臓器の対応する外面に位置するように構成される外側部材10と、を備える。内側部材は、前記細長保持部材の遠位端に配置される。外側部材は、前記細長保持部材に沿って移動可能である。外側部材は、第1の状態では、径方向の延びが最小で、それにより穿刺孔を介して前記臓器に配置された後に前記外側部材を前記穿刺孔から後退させることができる構造を有する。外側部材は、第2の状態では、外側部材が細長保持部材に沿って遠位に移動でき、かつ臓器の外面で固定位置に固定できるように、固定部内に外側部材が細長保持部材と係合するように配置されることにより、少なくとも内側部材と外側部材のうちいずれか一つによって穿刺孔を封止できる。【選択図】図7
