The present invention relates to an apparatus for separating and peeling chives and, more specifically, to an apparatus for separating and peeling chives wherein a plurality of auxiliary rollers with different lengths of fine bristles are meshed with the outer circumferential surface of a main roller and are rotated to separate and peel chives in a process of sequentially passing the plurality of auxiliary rollers.
