The invention aims to provide a single-use brush arranged to ensure the abrasion of the pleura by "pleuroscopy", without requiring preparatory operations using means of abrasion imperfect sterility. According to the invention it comprises a longitudinal body 2 carrying at one of its ends rigid strands 7 forming the scraping member, a tubular body 3 surrounding the longitudinal body 2, a handle 5a-5b integral with one of two bodies 2 or 3 and a slider 4 adapted to move the other body 3 or 2, between at least one working position, wherein the strands 7 form a fan out of the free end of the tubular body 3, and a position storage, wherein these strands 7 are fully retracted into the tubular body 3. L'invention à pour but de fournir une brosse à usage unique aménagée pour assurer l'abrasion de la plèvre par « pleuroscopie », sans nécessiter des opérations préparatoires mettant en œuvre des moyens d'abrasion à stérilité imparfaite. Selon l'invention elle comprend un corps longitudinal 2 portant à l'une de ses extrémités des brins rigides 7 formant l'organe de grattage, un corps tubulaire 3 entourant le corps longitudinal 2, un manche 5a-5b solidaire de l'un des deux corps 2 ou 3 et un coulisseau 4 apte à déplacer l'autre corps 3 ou 2, entre au moins une position de travail, dans laquelle les brins 7 forme un éventail hors de l'extrémité libre du corps tubulaire 3, et une position de rangement, dans laquelle ces brins 7 sont entièrement escamotés dans le corps tubulaire 3.
