PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biofunction diagnosing device, and biofunction diagnosing method and program for measuring and diagnosing a biofunction changing based on event progress information other than time (e.g. a moving distance of a living body and the number of times of stimulation to a living body).SOLUTION: A biofunction diagnosing device K includes a probe 1 for a living body, an event progress information measuring part 13 for measuring event progress information other than time, and a device body 2, and diagnoses a biofunction using a near infrared spectroscopy.
