PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for generating chlorine dioxide-containing sterile water, in which the chlorine dioxide-containing sterile water having the chlorine dioxide concentration of a small variation can be produced.SOLUTION: The device for generating chlorine dioxide-containing sterile water has a first calculation part. The first calculation part is connected electrically to pH measuring means and a bypass-pipe liquid sending pump. The first calculation part stores a control pH value, and compares a pH value sent from the pH measuring means with the stored control pH value.
