PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a conventional peeling device for rod-shaped vegetables includes a gripper, an operation tool for opening or closing a supply channel, a pressing body for pressing the rear end of the rod-shaped vegetable, a feeder, a cutting tool with many blade holes, and a drive device, but since the blade hole is circular, the thickness of peeled skin tends to become thin, and for example, thickly peeling is required depending on production area, cooking or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a peeling device for rod-shaped vegetables produced by arranging on a machine casing a gripper for holding and supporting the periphery of the rod-shaped vegetable in its longitudinal direction an operation tool for opening or closing the supply channel of the vegetable in liaison with the gripper a feeder for feeding the vegetable downward from above by pressing the rear end of the vegetable to the supply channel by the pressing body a cutting tool provided freely rotatably and a drive device for rotating the cutting tool. A blade body is composed of a rectangular blade hole opened at a slant in a contact part having a ginkgo leaf shape and a blade edge provided in the blade hole, and at least three of the blade bodies are disposed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来の棒状野菜皮むき装置は、把持手段と、供給路の閉塞と開放を行なう操作手段と、棒状野菜の後端部を押圧する押圧体と、送り手段と、多数の刃孔を備えた切削手段と、駆動手段とを備えた構造である。刃物体の刃孔が円形であることから、皮むきの厚みが薄くなり易く、例えば生産地方と料理等によっては、厚く皮むきをする必要性があり、大いに困るのが現実である。【解決手段】 棒状野菜の長手方向周部を抱持し、把持手段と、把持手段に連係し棒状野菜の供給路の閉塞と開放を行なう操作手段と、供給路へ押圧体を臨ませた棒状野菜の後端部を押圧し、上方から下方へ送る手段と、回転自在に設けた切削手段と、切削手段を回転する駆動手段を機枠に配備した棒状野菜の皮むき装置において、銀杏の葉の形状をなす当接部に傾斜状に開設した長方形の刃孔と、刃孔に設けた刃先で構成した刃物体とし、刃物体を、少なくとも三組以上配備する構造である。【選択図】 図5-1
