PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information presentation device which facilitates a users intuitive prehension on a three-dimensional model in a pathway of operation.SOLUTION: The medical information presentation device has a position specification device, a first processor, a second processor, and a display. The position specification device is constructed in a graspable manner and spatially detects at least one of positional relationship and direction. The first processor obtains the insertion position on the surface of the three-dimensional stereoscopic model on the basis of the detection result of the position specification device. The second processor obtains the pathway of operation from the insertion position which is obtained by the first processor up to a target position which is arranged inside the three-dimensional model.
