PURPOSE: A small multi-purpose sterilizer using flat atmospheric pressure air plasma is provided to not require accessories for gas inflowing and vacuuming. CONSTITUTION: A small multi-purpose sterilizer using flat atmospheric pressure air plasma comprises an encapsulated door, a sterilization disinfection chamber, an atmospheric pressure air plasma module(300), harmful gas removal modules(204), a low frequency high voltage amplifier(210), and an ozone detector, a microprocessor(230), and an operating panel. The sterilization disinfection chamber controls opening and closing of the door. The atmospheric pressure air plasma module generates plasma using air existed in the chamber. The harmful gas removal module eliminates the harmful gas inside the sterilization disinfection chamber and circulates into the sterilization disinfection chamber. The high voltage amplifier provides electricity to the high voltage amplifier.
