PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching circuit that prevents the occurrence of ringing, and medical equipment and the like that allows stably treating fluid.SOLUTION: A switching circuit includes: a multilayer wiring board and a first transistor, a second transistor, and a capacitor that are mounted at a first wiring layer side of the multilayer wiring board. The multilayer wiring board has: first wiring, second wiring, third wiring, and fourth wiring that are formed in the first wiring layer fifth wiring that is formed in a second wiring layer a first via conductor that electrically connects the third wiring and the fifth wiring and a second via that electrically connects the fourth wiring and the fifth wiring. A drain electrode of the first transistor is connected to the first wiring, and a source electrode of the first transistor is connected to the second wiring. A drain electrode of the second transistor is connected to the second wiring, and a source electrode of the second transistor is connected to the third wiring.
