PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform effective backing and effective heat exhaust at the back side of an array vibrator in an intracorporal insertion type probe including a two-dimensional array vibrator and an electronic circuit for channel reduction.SOLUTION: An electronic circuit board 24 is provided on the back side of a vibrator unit 20 through a relay board 22. A backing member 26 is joined to a central area in a back face of the electronic circuit board 24. A wiring sheet is jointed to a peripheral area at the back face. A rear wing 30 and a front wing 32 which the wiring sheet has surround a backing case 33, and a right wing and a left wing which an exhaust heat sheet has project outward through two slits 16A formed on a heat radiation shell 16 to be fixed on the outer surface of the heat radiation shell 16. Heat generate in the electronic circuit board 24 is transmitted to the heat radiation shell 16 through the exhaust heat sheet and the backing case 33, so that heat is radiated on the whole heat radiation shell 16.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】二次元アレイ振動子及びチャンネルリダクション用電子回路を有する体腔内挿入型プローブにおいて、アレイ振動子の背面側において効果的なバッキングを行うと共に効果的な排熱を行う。【解決手段】振動子ユニット20の背面側には中継基板22を介して電子回路基板24が設けられている。電子回路基板24の背面における中央領域にはバッキング部材26が接合されている。背面における周辺領域には配線シートが接合されている。配線シートが有する後ウイング30及び前ウイング32はバッキングケース33を取り囲んでおり、排熱シートが有する右ウイング及び左ウイングが放熱シェル16に形成された2つのスリット16Aを介して外側に突出しており放熱シェル16の外表面上において固定される。電子回路基板24で生じた熱が排熱シートやバッキングケース33を介して放熱シェル16に伝達され、放熱シェル16それ全体として放熱が行われる。【選択図】図1
