The present invention relates to an agricultural product dehydrator which dehydrates an agricultural product which is completely washed, and automatically completely discharges the dehydrated agricultural product, comprising: an external drum installed in a frame； a cylindrical dehydration drum installed in the external drum in an opened state, and having a plurality of discharge holes for dehydrating an introduced agricultural product； a coupling member disposed at the center of rotation of the dehydration drum by a plurality of support rods radially installed inside the dehydration drum, and having a coupling hole having a first coupling protrusion formed therein； a main shaft which penetrates the coupling member while an upper end thereof is connected to a driving motor, and rotating the dehydration drum by being selectively coupled to the coupling member by elevation； and a plurality of spray nozzles radially installed inside the external drum to be spaced apart from the dehydration drum, and spraying compressed air toward the discharge holes of the dehydration drum.세척이 완료된 농산물의 탈수와 함께 탈수된 농산물의 완전한 배출이 자동으로 이루어지도록 하는 농산물 탈수기에 관한 것으로, 프레임에 설치된 외부드럼； 개구된 상태로 상기 외부드럼 내부에 설치되며, 투입된 농산물을 탈수시키는 복수개의 배출공이 형성된 원통의 탈수드럼； 상기 탈수드럼 내부에 방사상으로 설치된 복수개의 지지봉에 의해 상기 탈수드럼의 회전 중심부에 배치되며, 내측에 제1결합돌기를 갖는 결합공이 형성된 결합부재； 상단이 구동모터와 연결된 상태로 상기 결합부재를 관통하며, 승강에 의해 상기 결합부재와 선택적으로 결합되면서 상기 탈수드럼을 회전시키는 메인샤프트； 및 상기 탈수드럼과 이격되게 상기 외부드럼 내부에 방사상으로 설치되며, 상기 탈수드럼의 배출공들을 향해 압축공기를 분사하는 복수개의 분사노즐；을 포함하여 구성된다.
