PURPOSE: An agricultural product drier capable of maintaining the high-quality drying condition is provided to rapidly dry agricultural products using a planar heating element. CONSTITUTION: An agricultural product drier comprises the following: a drying chamber with an opening/closing door attached to the front side of a main body(10)； a heating unit(120) including a planar heating element(121) attached to the inside of the drying chamber for uniformly emitting heat； a shelf unit(130) laminating a tray(131) for mounting agricultural product inside the drying chamber for drying； a vacuum unit(140) pumping internal air to outside of the drying chamber； an equipment chamber(146) installed on the upper side of the drying chamber； and a suction pump(141) installed inside the equipment chamber, and combined to a suction pipe(142) for pumping the internal air from the drying chamber.본 발명은 농산물 건조기에 관한 것으로, 본체(10)의 전면에 개폐도어(111)를 부착한 건조실(110)과； 상기 건조실(110)의 내면에 면상 발열체(121)를 부착하여 균일하게 열을 조사하는 발열부(120)와, 상기 건조실(110)의 내부에 순차적으로 농산물을 안치한 트레이(131)를 적층하여 면상 발열체(121)로부터 원적외선과 열을 조사받아 농산물을 최상의 품질로 건조시키는 선반부(130), 및 상기 건조실(110)의 상부에 상향으로 설비실(146)을 형성하고 설비실(146)에 흡입펌프(141)를 설치하며 흡입펌프(141)에 흡입관(142)을 결합하고 흡입관(142)을 건조실(110)에 연통시켜 내부를 공기를 펌핑하여 진공시키되, 건조실(110) 내부의 온도와 진공 상태를 감지하는 온도감지센서(143)와 진공감지센서(144)를 설치하고 이를 센싱하여 면상 발열체(121)와 흡입펌프(141)를 제어하는 컨트롤박스(145)를 설치한 진공부(140)로 구성하되； 상기 건조실(110)은 흡입펌프(141)를 제어하여 60~65%의 진공상태를 지속적으로 유지하도록 함과 동시에 면상 발열체(121)를 제어하여 65~70℃의 온도를 지속적으로 유지하도록 하는 구성함으로써； 외부 자연환경에 영향을 받지 않고 어느 때나 농산물을 진공 상태에서 면상 발열체를 이용하여 단시간 내에 농산물을 최상의 품질로 건조시킬 수 있는 것이다.
