The present invention relates to a dryer for agricultural and marine products, in which agricultural and marine products are placed in a drying chamber and then dried. In the dryer: a cooling/heating device is disposed outside the drying chamber containing the agricultural and marine products to cool or heat air； a first duct is installed between an entrance of the cooling/heating device and an exit of the drying chamber； and a second duct is installed between an exit of the cooling/heating device and an entrance of the drying chamber, wherein an air circulation pump is installed on the first and second ducts so that air is circulated between the drying chamber and the cooling/heating device by the air circulation pump, an evaporator of a freezer is installed inside of an entrance side of the cooling/heating device, and a condenser of the freezer is installed inside of an exit side of the cooling/heating device. Accordingly, since the air is circulated between the drying chamber and the cooling/heating device inside of which the condenser and evaporator of the freezer are installed while having a space between them, as air is cooled in the evaporator of the cooling/heating device, the moisture inside the air is liquefied and can be discharged to the outside； and as air heated in the condenser of the cooling/heating device flows into the drying chamber, a relative humidity of the air inside the drying chamber decreases, thus facilitating drying of the agricultural and marine products inside the drying chamber.
