Disclosed in embodiments of the present invention are a control information transmission method, equipment, and a communication system. The method comprises: determining a first scheduling mode for currently performing an uplink data scheduling for a terminal, wherein the first scheduling mode comprises self-scheduling or cross-carrier scheduling; monitoring several parameters in a wireless communication network; dynamically adjusting the first scheduling mode according to the result of monitoring the several parameters in the wireless communication network; sending the control information which carries the scheduling mode for indicating the adjusted scheduling mode to the terminal; and subsequently adopting the adjusted scheduling mode to perform uplink data scheduling for the terminal. The implementation of the embodiments of the present invention can improve system performance.
