PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame for processing egg reducing weight of a burning devices, good in working efficiency during manufacturing an egg processed product having different shapes, easy to be peeled and capable of taking the egg processed product off from the burning devices without loss and high in productivity and a manufacturing method of the egg processed product using the flame.SOLUTION: There is provided a flame 30 (30A) for processing egg for manufacturing an egg processed product, having an inner flame 10 having an elastic raw material and an outer flame 20 having a non-deformation raw material and supporting a flame member (the inner flame) 10.
