PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sacroiliac joint intracapsular movement correction belt having a configuration of not just uniformly tightening the waist but obtaining direct and effective action to the sacroiliac joint, and its using method.SOLUTION: To both ends of a belt-like body &alpha comprising a flexible material or a material to which flexible work is executed, either one of a belt-like body &beta comprising a non-flexible material or a material to which non-flexible work is executed and a belt-like body &beta comprising a flexible material whose ratio of expansion and contraction is lower than the belt-like body &alpha or the material to which the flexible work is executed is extended, and a freely length adjustable belt is wound around the body side roughly at the lower position of the anterior superior iliac spine of the iliac bone forming the pelvis and tightens it.
