PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-thrombotic drug clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate in which the clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate is in a free-flowing powder form which is advantageous for the production of compact tablets.SOLUTION: Provided is a clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate in a free-flowing powder form obtained by having (a) a crystalline clopidogrel hydrogen sulphate aggregate, (b) no inclusion of added excipients, and (c) a particle size distribution such that D10 is not less than 75 μm.
