PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powder cosmetic which is excellent in powder-transfer property using a sponge, suppresses the yellow darkening of finishing when applied to the skin and gives a light finishing.SOLUTION: The invention provides a solid powder cosmetic containing the following components (A), (B), and (C): (A) 15-80 mass% of talc with a particle diameter of 14 μm or less； (B) 0.1-20 mass% of oil solution which is liquid at 25°C； (C) fine particle zinc oxide with a mean particle diameter of 5-40 nm and a specific surface area of 10-100 m2/g.
