PURPOSE: Complex functional chitoic acid colloid and a producing method thereof are provided to stably dissolve chitoic acid to an aqueous solution at the wide pH and temperature range. CONSTITUTION: Complex functional chitoic acid colloid contains chitoic acid particles dispersed in an aqueous solution containing functional organic acid, and an amphoteric compound. The functional organic acid contains ascorbic acid, retinoic acid, ferulic acid, folic acid, gamma-linolenic acid, ursolic acid, oleic acid, or their compound. The amphoteric compound is polygrycerol monosterarate.
